Carphone Warehouse has delivered over 2,000 hampers as an incentive for staff that stay with the company for five years. The phone firm introduced the scheme to thank long serving employees across all of its operations, including its stores, call centres and head office.
It offers staff the choice of three different hampers including a vegetarian option, all with a handwritten note. Maggie Cullinane, recognitions manager at the Carphone Warehouse, said that the scheme, run by provider Clearwater Hampers, has been very successful.
