Technology and consulting business Capgemini, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Holidays, and E.surv Chartered Surveyors are among the organisations shortlisted for Best alignment of benefits to business strategy at the Employee Benefits Awards 2019.

This award recognises employers that have successfully aligned their employee benefits offering with their overall business strategy and goals.

The full category shortlist is:

  • Capgemini, MyBenefits (entered by Aon)
  • E.surv Chartered Surveyors, part of LSL Property Services, ChoiceMatters (entered by Benefex)
  • University of Lincoln
  • Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Holidays, Working Well, Living Better (entered by Unum/Aon)

The winning organisation will be announced at this year’s Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, hosted by actor and comedian Kerry Godliman.

The awards presentation will take place on Friday 7 June 2019 over lunch at The Pavilion at The Tower of London, where winning employers and industry best practice will be recognised and celebrated across 20 different categories, including Best mental health strategy, Best flexible benefits plan and Best benefits to support work-life balance.

HR, benefits and reward professionals will also be able to network and relax with colleagues and peers during a welcome drinks reception, three-course lunch and early evening summer party, all while enjoying views of one of London’s most famous and historic landmarks.
