The Cabinet Office has awarded four providers a framework agreement to deliver pan-government employee assistance programme (EAP) services.
The agreement was awarded as part of a tender process carried out by the government procurement service.
Government departments have the option to select a preferred supplier from the four providers. Alternatively, the four providers can tender for specific contracts.
Health and wellbeing services provider CIC was one of the organisations appointed to provide EAP services through the framework.
Kate Nowlan, chief executive officer at CIC, said: “CiC is delighted to be able to support public sector and civil service employees in the identification and resolution of problems and concerns that have the potential to affect their work.”
