Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers is planning to enhance its customer experience through a major technology investment programme costing more than £3 million.

The Staffordshire-based company, which manages childcare voucher schemes for more than 100,000 working parents via 14,000 organisations, has pledged to invest in a brand new operating system, telephony solution and a customer relationship management programme.

These functions are designed greater parent choice, improve the operational aspects of childcare voucher schemes and support the firm's future growth.

Managing director, Simon Moore, said: “Since Computershare acquired Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers in September last year, our plan has always been to invest heavily in this highly successful, fast growing business.

“The commitment to spend £3 million on improved technology in 2009 will enable us to deliver significant enhancements to the customer experience and demonstrates our commitment to expansion within the Childcare Voucher market.”
