Global childcare and education organisation Bright Horizons has acquired My Family Care, a UK-based business that provides back-up and emergency childcare.
Bright Horizons, which operates across Canada, India, the Netherlands, the UK and the US, provides back-up child and eldercare, tuition programme management, education advising and student loan repayment schemes. It currently works with around 1,100 employers and operates more than 1,000 childcare centres.
My Family Care, founded in 2005, offers emergency childcare, maternity and paternity coaching, and consultancy and training services. It works to support family-friendly workplaces using technology and practical solutions.
