Something for the weekend: Premium raw pet food business Bella and Duke has revealed that it will be hounding the pavements in the search to find a full-time human and pet resources manager.
The lucky applicant will join the brand’s 130 employees and more than 60 pets, and must be competent with a variety of animals and humans. They will play a paw-sitive part in shaping and delivering Bella and Duke's people and pet strategy, aligning with its values, strategic goals and priorities.
The hybrid role will involve embedding and representing Bella and Duke’s core values, managing HR operations, people processes, systems and policies, and ongoing recruitment processes, providing high quality people support services, coaching and supporting line managers, partnering with all business areas on health and safety, and boosting employee engagement.
Bella and Duke recently moved into a new office, featuring benefits, services and facilities to improve employee and pet welfare. These include a full-time pet and people park ranger, access to an in-house expert behaviourist, inbuilt kennels, agility courses and fun interactive areas, pet-friendly decor and design, and calming sprays and toys.
