AWD Chase de Vere has enhanced its financial awareness product by providing UK employers with regional consultants clued up on their benefits packages.
Employees can call upon the regional consultants, all of which have been trained on individual company benefits structures, to assist them in engaging their workforce with financial perks.
Details of clients’ benefits structures will also be available to AWD consultants via a new password-protected online system.
The service will also now include a national programme of financial awareness seminars and clinics for employees, which were previously offered on an ad-hoc basis. These include redundancy support, mid-career courses, pre and at-retirement courses and executive seminars.
Gary Bradley, corporate business development manager, said: “This is a very exciting development for us, as we can ensure tour programme is provided to clients across the UK. With designated consultants in all areas we can ensure a consistent message is provided and all staff have equal access to high-quality seminars, clinics and advice.”
