EXCLUSIVE: Air filtration supplier AAF and heating ventilation manufacturer McQuay have seen a third of employees take up their new voluntary benefits scheme since it was launched in May.
The two organisations share a UK office of 400 staff and launched a single employee discounts scheme across their workforces.
The scheme, provided by Asperity Employee Benefits, allows employees to access discounts and cashback from retailers, including Amazon, Debenhams and Lastminute.com.
Tracy Johnston, payroll and benefits controller at AAF, said: “We wanted to introduce a benefit that our employees could use every day and gain a very visible value from.”
