Sharon Tebb (pictured), compensation and benefits manager at law firm Withers, will provide insight into what makes an employee benefits package award-winning at Employee Benefits Live 2015, on 22 September.
Tebb will speak alongside Toria McCahill, head of reward at Dentsu Aegis Network, and David Brackwell, head of organisational health at Fujitsu UK and Ireland, all of whom were on the judging panel for the Employee Benefits Awards 2015.
The session will focus on what makes a benefits programme stand out from the crowd. It will also examine how employers can go about working towards a truly effective and engaging reward package to attract and retain staff.
Tebb says: “Really listening to what your employees want and need at various stages of their lives is so important. As is keeping your benefits programme fresh with lots of variety; you do not have to have a huge budget to achieve this.”
The conference, which will take place at Olympia National, London, is the largest event of its kind in Europe. Tebb comments: “It is a really great event that’s important for HR and reward and benefits professionals to attend to help keep their fingers on the pulse, see what is out there and to network with other like-minded professionals.”
Employee Benefits Live 2015 will take place on 21-22 September.
