The global sports, media and fashion organisation introduced the programme during its inaugural Wellbeing Week at its Stockley Park campus at the end of July.

The event also included the promotion of the organisation’s employee assistance programme and discounted gym membership.

IMG is using Nudge Global’s Quantum technology, which uses HR and benefits data to profile employees and pre-empt their financial needs.

The financial education programme will provide employees with personalised and predictive education about their finances via home and work smartphones.

Ian Sanders, head of international compensation and benefits at IMG, said: “Wellbeing Week is an opportunity for us to showcase elements of our benefits offering relevant to physical, mental and financial wellbeing, as well as introducing Nudge Global’s Quantum software.

“Quantum is highly personalised and focuses on educating our employees at their key life events.

“We’re letting a number of our UK staff use it over the summer before considering rolling it out organisation wide.”
