Randstad has awarded a number of its UK employees for their performance in 2014.
The recruitment and HR services provider awarded employees through its reward and recognition scheme during each quarter of 2014, with employees across every business line of the organisation awarded a cash prize of £1,500.
Its High Performance Awards initiative then awarded one employee from the 48 quarterly winners £5,000 to recognise consistent performance throughout 2014.
The overall winner of the peer-to-peer scheme, which aims to acknowledge the performance of employees that have contributed towards the business. was determined by a blind vote.
