Youforce, the international arm of parent company Raet, has launched its mobile HR product into the UK.
The software-as-a-service (Saas) platform for HR activities and talent management, can be used by employers and employees at any time on any mobile device.
Its capabilities include:
- Enabling employees to carry out administrative tasks using self-service.
- Single-system access.
- Core HR with automated workflows for absence management, holiday booking and training schedules.
- Modules for performance, learning and HR analytics.
