Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) has introduced a health cash plan for its 4,000 employees.
The plan, which is provided by Simplyhealth, allows employees to claim money back on visits to an optician, dentist, physiotherapist, chiropodist, chiropractor and osteopath.
Staff can also use the plan for up to four resident children under the age of 18, and will have the option to claim back on private medical insurance (PMI) excesses up to £100, and for homeopathy and acupuncture appointments.
Simon Wall, spokesperson for Yorkshire Building Society (YBS), said: “We wanted to find a positive way to promote good health for our employees.
“The health cash plan does this, and is a great way for us to encourage and support our staff to manage their own health and wellbeing.”
