Westfield Health has enhanced the quoting system for its employer-paid health cash plans.
Its Westfield Mosaic plans now offers a choice of 19 benefits and services, plus free integrated cover for dependent children on core benefits and a complementary BusinessCare benefit for employers, from £1 per employee per week.
New additions to the plan include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), an online personal health risk assessment, and a range of wellbeing and alternative therapies, such as Reiki, hypnotherapy and allergy or food intolerance testing.
Employees can now also upgrade their cover and choose to add a partner via direct debit at no extra cost to their employer.
Paul Shires, executive director – sales and marketing at Westfield Health, said: “As intermediaries have become more interested and knowledgeable about health cash plans, they are looking for innovation and partnership from providers.
“That is what Westfield has worked hard to do with the improved Mosaic system. We have undertaken in-depth research with intermediaries to find out how they thought we should develop the product.
“The research has given us the chance to harness the intermediary feedback.”
