
Law firm Thorntons has appointed Helen Honeyman as its new chief people officer to lead the development and implementation of its people policies.
Based in the firm’s Dundee office, Honeyman will work with the firm’s senior leadership and existing people team to guide initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, enhance organisational resilience, and attract a diverse range of talent.
She has more than 20 years’ global experience in senior operations and human resources leadership.
Honeyman joins from Lothian Pension Fund (LPF), a local government pension scheme in Scotland. Prior to this, she was head of policy, wellbeing and governance and a member of the senior leadership team at Royal Bank of Scotland.
