The Pension Trust has launched an auto-enrolment website, which aims to guide employers through every step of the process and outline what will be required of them over the coming months.
The site will host The Pensions Trust’s cost calculator, which can be used to determine the additional pension costs employers can expect to see once the regulations come into effect. It has been developed to enable employers to obtain results based on a number of different employer contribution and take-up rates.
The website will also host The Pension Trust’s staging-date tool, which enables any organisation to access its auto-enrolment staging date while also generating a personalised action planner, which highlights the key steps employers need to take in the build up to their staging date.
Also included is a glossary of terms, which helps the user to familiarise themselves with all elements of auto-enrolment. The site will also contain links to a dedicated helpline, email mailbox and forum through which visitors will be able to obtain answers to specific queries.
Stephen Nichols, chief executive at The Pensions Trust, said: “Getting ready for auto-enrolment is a big task for employers, and it is important that all organisations do everything they can to ensure they are fully prepared for the changes.
“This can seem like a daunting task, but we are committed to guiding employers through the necessary steps to help make the process as painless as possible.
“As such, we are very pleased to announce the launch of our new website, which we hope will provide organisations with all the information they will need to feel fully prepared and ready for the changes to come.”
