The Rugby Football League (RFL) has switched health cash plan providers.
The employer-funded plan, now provided by Medicash, offers the RFL’s 86 employees based in Leeds access to a range of benefits, including physiotherapy, dental and optical treatments, flu jabs, as well as specialist services, such as consultations and diagnostic treatment.
Other benefits include:
- Direct payment of private medical insurance excesses.
- Free cover for dependent children up to the age of 24.
- Low-cost options for employees to upgrade their healthcare cover or add a family member.
Sue Allan, finance director at the Rugby Football League, said: “The plan allows us to meet the healthcare needs of all our employees.
“As an added bonus, the whole process of setting up the scheme and inviting employees to join is very simple, straightforward and quick, which is exactly what we needed.”
