The Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) is extending its eyecare voucher offering to qualifying members of staff in its sign manufacturing and wood fabrication factories.

The vouchers, provided by Specsavers Corporate Eyecare, will also be offered, free of charge, to all ex-military personnel associated with the charity’s work in Aylesford, Kent.

Geri Pediani, head of HR at RBLI, said: “It is vital that we continue to provide our employees with this essential eyecare provision, set out under workplace health and safety regulations.

“Being a charity, it is also critical that we gain value for money by receiving the best possible care and range of services but for minimal cost.”

Suzanne Randall, corporate account manager for Specsavers Corporate Eyecare, added: “These vouchers entitle the recipient and two members of their family to discounts on glasses.

“We usually offer these as an additional extra, accompanying each eyecare voucher purchased by the employer.

“In the case of RBLI, we chose to extend this offer to all military personnel and their families, who are associated with the charity at its base in Aylesford.”
