Robert Hicks, previously head of HR (interim) at Reward Gateway, has been appointed group HR director on a permanent basis.
Hicks will be responsible for internal communications, learning and development and HR operations across the firm’s global workforce.
His previous experience includes HR director at Exponential-e and an interim HR role at Cognizant.
