Regent’s College has implemented a new web-based HR and payroll service to support its plans for growth over the next five years.
The higher education institution has appointed NorthgateArinso to provide its ResourceLink Aurora system in order to streamline processes and cut down the amount of administration required.
A range of working patterns at the college had resulted in a significant degree of transactional workload for its payroll team.
The new technology will enable the team to focus on more strategic activities and add value to the business as it expands.
ResourceLink Aurora will integrate the college’s existing HR and payroll systems, which rely on multiple spreadsheets, into one paperless, operating and reporting platform.
Sue Shutter, director of HR at Regent’s College, said: “With our plans for significant expansion and development in the coming years, we were looking for a supplier and a solution that could meet our HR and payroll needs through a period of growth."
