EXCLUSIVE: Oscar Mayer has launched an online benefits portal for employees to access all of their core and voluntary benefits in one place.

The food production organisation consulted with its 1,600 employees and learned they wanted a package that contained all their core benefits, such as healthcare and legal advice, alongside a shopping site with hundreds of discounts.

The My Millie benefits portal, which is administered by Edenred and was launched in mid October, can be accessed by employees for £2.25 a week. Staff across its three sites in Kent, north Wales and Somerset can log-in to the portal with a unique username and password.

Ken Martin, group benefits manager at Oscar Mayer, said: “We are ensuring all employees are able to reach the website by having internet access at staff rest areas across all three sites, and roadshows are also being planned to coincide with the launch.

“All the discounts are in everybody’s reach, with discounts in employees’ local areas. The response has been great, because they can not only look at the discounts, but also the core benefits available to them, all in one place.”
