Financial education provider Nudge and global employee experience platform Reward Gateway | Edenred have joined forces to provide financial education to the platform’s global users.
Through the partnership, employees with access to Reward Gateway | Edenred’s employee experience hub will also be able to access Nudge’s financial education support, which includes tracking financial health, interests, benefit campaign outcomes and wider business impact.
The aim of the partnership is to improve employees’ experience, increase retention and attraction, and build better, stronger and more resilient organisations. The two providers are also seeking to address the impact that financial stress is having on people and workforces across the country.
Reward Gateway | Edenred chose to partner with Nudge because there was deemed to be a natural fit between their products, and that its impartiality would help provide trusted, inclusive and data-driven financial education to its users across the globe.
