Car organisation Mazda Motors UK has promoted Liesa Neal to human resources director.
In her new position, Neal will be responsible for employee development and training, recruitment, and coaching in the UK and Ireland.
Neal has worked at Mazda since 2005. While at the organisation, she has been involved in overseeing performance management processes, implementing learning and development initiatives, and supporting employee engagement during the integration of Mazda Ireland into the UK business.
Before joining Mazda, Neal worked as training and development officer at Jones Day, and as training officer at Kroll.
Neal replaces Chris Clark, who will move to Hiroshima, Japan, to take on the role of group manager, global HR at Mazda Corporation.
