Mills and Reeve is to launch an employee discounts scheme and discounted gym membership on 1 August.

The law firm has provided a discounted shopping website for the past six years through provider Perkz but decided to offer a wider selection.

Samantha Neaves, reward and HR information systems manager at Mills and Reeve, said: “We continually review our benefits to ensure what we are offering fits with the needs of the business and employees.

"Given the ongoing market pressures and increase in cost in living, we wanted to offer employees access to a larger employee discount scheme.”

The firm will roll out Asperity Employee Benefits’ Reward Gateway 4, which offers access to 3,000 discounts including high street retailers, grocery stores, holidays, fuel, pet insurance and banking.

With 803 staff across six different UK offices, Mills and Reeve has found it a challenge to find a local gym that works for all staff. Through GymFlex, provided by Incorpore, staff can sign up for a gym membership at a variety of high-street locations and pay via a salary sacrifice arrangement over the membership year.
