Charity Marie Stopes International has introduced a new integrated HR, payroll and e-recruiter system to centralise its HR and payroll information into a central database.
This will enable the organisation to decrease administration, reduce costs, and focus on more strategic HR and payroll tasks.
Through the new system, provided by Agresso Business World, HR and payroll staff will have access to information on issues such as payroll, remuneration, training and development management, and absence management.
Self-service portals will allow managers and employees to administer their own personal HR data. The information will be stored on a single database, removing an administrative burden from the HR and payroll departments.
