Lloyds TSB Registrars is now offering flexible benefits through its voluntary benefits arm Bringme and has plans to launch a pensions administration service later this year.

Bringme has completed the transfer of Lloyds TSB Group's flexible benefits scheme onto its own administration system. It now has plans to market flexible benefits to employers.

Phil Ainsley, senior manager, employee benefits services at Lloyds TSB Registrars, explained: "The transfer of the Lloyds TSB Group flexible benefits scheme, Flavours, has been a major project which demonstrates Bringme's unique capabilities and position in the market place."

The flex scheme offered by Bringme is designed for organisations with employee populations of 2,000 and more, and can include benefits such as private medical insurance, childcare vouchers, holiday trading, and life assurance.

Liz Yates, compensation and benefits manager for Lloyds TSB, said: "Flavours is one of the most complicated flexible benefits schemes in the UK with a range of benefits from eight different suppliers."
