Legal and General has launched two more interactive modules to help employees gain a better understanding of their finances.
As part of its workplace saving platform, WorkSave, Legal and General has released two new true-to-life scenarios featuring the fictional Cash family to help employees manage money and find financial help.
The scenarios are available as an interactive module, accessed through a member’s pension scheme website in the form of a story followed by a mini-challenge.
Legal and General launched The Cash Family Challenges to help employees discover how to make informed financial decisions about managing their own savings.
Helen Buchanan, distribution director, workplace savings at Legal and General, said: “This is a great way to boost interest so that employees have more reasons to log on regularly to their workplace benefits website.
“Employees are alerted to the modules by email as they are released. Our Cash Family Challenge ensures regular contact with employees and, we hope, stimulates them to take a look at their own savings on site.”
