Vinci Construction UK has added gym discounts, holiday trading, dental and optical discounts, and leave for volunteering to irs flexible benefits scheme, as well as introducing a voluntary benefits scheme.
Its flexible benefits scheme, which is provided by Personal Group, was launched in April 2010, and the construction firm added in new perks during the second annual enrolment period this March.
It launched its Your Benefits voluntary benefits scheme at the same time, offering staff a range of online discounts, voucher codes, cash-back, and discounted vouchers at a range of retailers.
The new additions were made following a benefits survey and focus groups held with Personal Group in 2010.
Employees have also been given the opportunity to apply for an additional day’s leave to take part in volunteering. Gemma Concannon, HR manager at Vinci, said: “This will give them the chance to get involved in their local community, their chosen charity, or fundraising for either.”
The firm held benefits roadshows across its offices over the last month to communicate and promote the new benefits on offer.
