Something for the weekend: Pet store chain Jollyes has started to allow candidates looking for their dream job working with animals to bring their pet with them to their interview.
Called Fur-st impressions, the programme has been successfully piloted and rolled out. The organisation’s aim was to create a comfortable interview environment, while easing any tension by making pets part of the experience.
