Accountancy firm Haysmacintyre is launching flexible benefits and online total reward statements (TRS), as well as a range of voluntary benefits.

It previously offered core benefits including death-in-service and a pension scheme.

The flex scheme, due to go live this month, will allow staff to select perks such as annual leave, dental insurance and private medical insurance through salary deduction. Glynis MacKinnon, HR manager, said it was designed to help attract and retain key people.

Online TRS and voluntary benefits went live last month. "In responding to the marketplace and to align benefits with people strategy, we recognise the need to improve communication of our benefits," said MacKinnon.

The reward communication software is provided by Staffcare and benefits management by Helm Godfrey Financial Advisers.
