Delegates at Employee Benefits Connect 2016 on Wednesday 9 March will be able to gain insight into how technology can be harnessed to support the health and financial wellbeing of global employees.
During the conference session ‘Using technology to manage employees’ health and wealth in the global eco system', Matthew Lawrence, head of health and risk propositions at Aon, and Tobin Murphy-Coles, commercial director at Aon, will examine how employers’ can use data reporting and analytics to inform and drive future strategy.
The session will also discuss the links between employees’ physical, mental and financial wellbeing, and why health and wealth issues and related risks can transcend geographical boundaries.
Lawrence (pictured) said: “While a global approach needs to be flexible enough to accommodate any local country needs or issues, the themes of better financial wellbeing or improving an individual’s lifestyle-related health risks are relevant everywhere.”
Employee Benefits Connect 2016 will take place on Wednesday 9 March at the Lancaster London.
