Insurance firms Aspen and Tokio Marine Kiln are among the organisations shortlisted in the Best flexible benefits plan category for the Employee Benefits Awards 2019.

This award celebrates the most effective use of a flexible benefits strategy within an organisation working to engage employees and deliver against their wants and needs.

The full category shortlist is:

  • Aspen (entered by Thomsons Online Benefits)
  • ServiceNow (entered by Punter Southall Health and Protection)
  • Tokio Marine Kiln, Choices (entered by Buck)

The winning employer will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, to be held on Friday 7 June 2019 at The Pavilion at The Tower of London.

Actor and comedian Kerry Godliman will be hosting the 2019 event, which includes a welcome drinks reception, delicious three-course lunch and a summer party going on into the early evening, overlooking the scenic landmark of The Tower of London.

HR, benefits and reward professionals attending the annual event will be able to celebrate successes with their teams, network with peers and industry experts and learn about best practice across a range of organisations both large and small.
