The annual Employee Benefits Awards have returned to provide employers with an opportunity to gain recognition for their benefits achievements.
The awards categories are reviewed each year to ensure they are in line with the latest market trends, resulting in the creation of three new categories for 2016: Best benefits technology; Best healthcare communications; and Best benefits strategy for a multi-generational workforce.
The well-established event will also give 2015’s winners a chance to defend their titles, while new entrants and those previously shortlisted can demonstrate why they should be the recipient of a coveted Employee Benefits Award in 2016.
Entries can relate to new initiatives launched this year, as well as to those launched prior to 2015 if it is clear how the success of longer-running schemes relates to recent strategy developments and quantifiable achievements.
Alongside outstanding benefit schemes and teams, the awards will recognise an individual that has made a significant contribution to the industry. Nominations for Employee benefits professional of the year should be emailed to eb.editorial@centaur.co.uk.
The awards process will culminate in the much-anticipated Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, which will be held on Friday 3 June 2016, when the industry will come together to celebrate its successes and share best practice.
