The subject of workplace savings will be at the heart of debate at Employee Benefits Live, which takes place on 25-26 September at its new home, London’s Olympia.
The subject is one of a dozen live streams that also include benefits strategy, human resources, pensions strategy and communication.
Sessions will cover how to make savings relevant to staff, how to support personal finance issues in the workplace and helping employees get more from their pensions and benefits.
Keynote speeches in the workplace savings stream will include appearances by Francis O’Mahony, head of employee share plans and share registration at BT, Trevor Sparrow, head of international pensions and benefits at Lloyds Banking Group, and Mark Polson, an independent consultant on workplace savings and founder of The Lang Cat consultancy.
Other high-profile speakers on reward and benefits include Craig Truter, total reward manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken; Thomas Humphris, head of HR and UK reward at Informa; Elly Paselle, head of global mobility at Tesco; and Jane Richards, reward technical partner, wealth, at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Employee Benefits Live is recognised for its high-quality, cutting-edge content which is tailored for delegates, whatever their position or experience in the industry. This year’s event introduces new elements, including Meet the Mentors, sessions run by experienced benefits professionals, short market updates, tax and legal drop-in clinics and workshops on HR strategy.
Attendance at Employee Benefits Live is free, and once delegates have booked, they can apply for a certificate of attendance, which can be used towards CPD accreditation.
