How to do more with less, pensions auto-enrolment, managing mental health issues and employee engagement are just some of the hot topics that will be addressed in the two-day conference programme at Employee Benefits Live.
On the second day of the event, Sally Purbrick, head of reward at Anglian Water, will discuss how to structure a benefits package in tough times when employers are tasked with doing more with less.
She will be followed by Jenny Davidson, former director of compensation and benefits Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at CSC (pictured), who will reveal how to prove a return on investment on benefits spend in a tough economic environment.
On both days of Employee Benefits Live, delegates tasked with implementing pensions auto-enrolment in their organisation will be able to learn from employers that have already been through the process.
On day one, delegates can hear from Neal Blackshire, compensation and benefits manager at McDonald’s Restaurants (pictured), and Sarah Minter, reward manager at Barbon Insurance, about their experiences. On day two, Kerry Shiels, pensions policy manager at BT, will share her learnings on auto-enrolment.
