Restaurant chain Honest Burger and cloud and cybersecurity solutions firm Claranet UK have been shortlisted for the Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy – Small Employer category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022.
The award recognises a small employer with fewer than 1,000 employees that uses a proactive approach to addressing its workforce’s financial needs, and has supported staff in the making of financial, retirement or investment-related benefits decisions.
The full category shortlist is:
- Claranet UK
- Honest Burger
- Jazz Pharmaceuticals
The 20th annual awards recognises the hard work carried out by teams during 2021 across 22 different categories. Two new ones have been introduced for 2022: the Best Benefits to support Menopause, Fertility or Pregnancy award and the Best New Benefit to Support Employees Post-Pandemic award.
Entrants have been judged on their benefits offering that supports staff with their menopause, fertility or pregnancy journey and their most effective new employee benefit to help staff following the global healthcare crisis, respectively.
The ceremony will also see a finalist win the Grand Prix award. The person or organisation that takes this home is selected from the winning entries across all other categories, with judges presenting it to who they are most impressed with regarding overall achievements.
The winners will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022 summer party, held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 24 June. Guests can look forward to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an unmissable after-party that will include live music, dodgems, a carousel and a big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.
The Employee Benefits Awards is a highly anticipated event each year for the reward, benefits and HR industry, celebrating and recognising best practice and excellence in the HR sphere.
