Facebook and Google are among the organisations that will deliver keynote addresses at Employee Benefits Live 2017.
Ross Sparkman (pictured), head of strategic workforce planning at Facebook, will open the two-day event on Tuesday 10 October with his address entitled 'Using strategic workforce planning to optimise the impact of your employee benefits'. Sparkman will look at how to use data to inform employee benefits decisions, as well as advise delegates on how to measure the impact of employee benefits on the employee experience.
Yuval Dvir, head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) online partnerships at Google, will close the event on Wednesday 11 October. His session, 'Google insights: how can HR lead the workplace and digital transformations?', will explore new ways of working and how uncertainty is driving new business models. Dvir will also discuss advancements in machine learning and data analytics at Google, and examine the role of emotional intelligence in shaping a reward strategy.
In addition to Facebook and Google, British Cycling, Bloomberg, and the Cabinet Office will present keynote addresses at the event.
Jon Norfolk MBE, head coach, Team GB para-cycling at British Cycling will close the conference programme on Tuesday 10 October with his keynote address on what sports can teach us about workplace values. He will examine what effective leadership looks like during both good and tough times, as well as how to identify and develop talent to meet performance goals.
Pamela Hutchingson, head of diversity, EMEA at Bloomberg, and Jazz Bhogal, deputy director, civil service workforce strategy and inclusion at the Cabinet Office, will jointly open Employee Benefits Live on Wednesday 11 October with their address entitled ‘How to make progress and impact with diversity and inclusion in an evolving workplace’. This session will cover increasing the participation of historically underrepresented groups in order to engage and retain talent, and why a holistic approach is required to manage diversity.
As well as attending the keynote sessions, delegates will be able to gain insights from leading industry experts on a range of topics. There will be five different conference streams on each day of the event, enabling HR, benefits and reward professionals to expand their knowledge on workplace pensions, health and wellbeing, employee engagement, HR strategy, benefits strategy, financial wellbeing, benefits technology, global reward, diversity and inclusion, and benefits on a budget.
Employee Benefits Live 2017, in association with Conduent HR Services, will take place on Tuesday 10 October and Wednesday 11 October at Olympia, London.
