EXCLUSIVE: The Employee Benefits Awards 2022 team has revealed this year’s hotly anticipated shortlist, which can be viewed in full here.
Employee Benefits congratulates all of this year’s shortlisted finalists and offers thanks to everyone that entered. An additional thank you goes out to our esteemed panel of judges, who gave their time to rate the large number of entries received.
This year’s ceremony and summer party will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 24 June. Guests can look forward to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and a not-to-be-missed after-party that will include live music, dodgems, a carousel and big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.
There is no shortlist for the Employee Benefits Grand Prix category, as this winner will be revealed at the ceremony.
The awards, which returned to an in-person event last year following the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, is the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR community. It is designed to recognise excellence and celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals who have made a significant difference through their reward and benefits strategies.
Employers from a wide range of industries, including education, hospitality, law and more, will be highlighted and rewarded. Categories include Best Benefits to Support Menopause, Fertility or Pregnancy, Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance, and Best Motivation or Recognition Scheme among others.
Debbie Lovewell-Tuck, editor of Employee Benefits, said: “The standard of this year’s entries was exceptionally high and those shortlisted should be extremely proud of what they have achieved. Our annual awards showcase best practice among employers of all sizes, across all sectors, and this year’s shortlist is no exception. We look forward to announcing the winners on 24 June, and celebrating with you.”
