Employee Benefits Live 2011 brought together all the key players in the benefits and reward industry for two days of networking, attending conference sessions and meeting over 100 leading suppliers.
The event opened with a key note speech from Google on how it plans to make its staff the happiest and healthiest on the planet, while on the second day reward guru Stephen Bevan highlighted the key labour issues employers need to be aware of when planning reward over the coming months and years.
Over two days, more than 70 speakers presented case studies from leading employers such as Amey, Eli Lilly, DHL, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Legal and General, Informa, British Airways, Anglo American, Wolseley, Hitachi, McDonald’s BP, BMI Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Travelport, Dairy Crest, Henderson Global Investors, Telefonica, J.P. Morgan, Ceva, Towry Law and John Lewis Partnership.
On the exhibition floor, many of the 100-plus suppliers interacted with thousands of visitors across the two days. Visitors were highly impressed with the advice available and the benchmarking opportunities.
Employee Benefits Live has grown over the years, both in number of visitors and number of suppliers exhibiting, so in 2012 it will be moving to National Hall, Olympia.
