The full category shortlist is:

  • Clipper Logistics
  • Ipsos
  • Wagamama

Last year, Experian won the Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy award, as the judges were particularly impressed with the way it had aligned its internal delivery and vision to its external brand and customer focus, describing the results as “compelling”.

After collecting the prize, John Webb, senior consumer affairs executive at Experian, commented that winning was “wonderful recognition” of the work the business had done to support employees.

He added: “An immense amount of work went into this, from the wellbeing team to the HR team, through to consumer affairs which is financial education. A lot of people put in a lot of work to make this happen. Supporting our employees is a priority for us, particularly as a financial services company, so we put a lot of effort into making sure our employees are financially educated and looked after."

The winners will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022 summer party, held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 24 June. Guests can look forward to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an unmissable after-party that will include live music, dodgems, a carousel and a big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.

The Employee Benefits Awards is the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR industry, enabling professionals to celebrate and recognise best practice in the field with their colleagues and others in the community.
