The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (ENEI) has partnered Age Inclusive and The Postive Ageing Company to help employers support the changing needs of ageing workforces.

The partnership will allow employer members to use Age Inclusive’s online Ageing Workforce Diagnostic tool, which provides analysis of their strengths and offers areas for improvement.

The Positive Ageing Company’s tool, AgeingWorks, will also be available to employer members. It provides age-related support to organisations and their employees.

Denise Keating, chief executive of ENEI, said: “This partnership puts ENEI members in the best position to drive competitive advantage through valuing the contribution of all their people regardless of age, and also give members the chance to provide support to their employees.”
