EBECS has launched a salary sacrifice company car scheme.
The information technology organisation launched the scheme to bolster its employee benefits package and enhance its reward strategy.
The scheme was rolled out at EBECS’ three UK offices, where its provider, Pendragon Contracts, demonstrated its online driver information centre and quotation portals.
The portals showcase thousands of cars electronically and provide details about the salary sacrifice scheme.
The scheme offers a choice of cars, capped by CO2 emissions and P11D values.
Louisa Allison, HR director at EBECS, said: “Our staff are highly-skilled specialists in their field so it is important that the car selection available to them aligns with their professional roles and positions.”
