DHL, Orange, Philip Morris International and Saint Gobain are among the ten organisations that have been accredited as Global Top Employers for 2017 by the Top Employers Institute.
The accreditation is based on the results of a HR best practices survey, which analyses talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, and organisational culture.
Qualifying employers can be awarded either a regional or global award. More than 1,231 organisations across 116 countries have been accredited in total, with 10 organisations achieving global accreditation.
