Helen Cook has taken on a new role at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), becoming the banking organisation’s chief human resources officer.
Cook joined RBS in 2001, and has held a variety of HR roles across the business. Most recently this includes director, organisation and performance, HR director, corporate and institutional banking, and HR director, commercial and private banking and Ulster Bank.
Prior to joining RBS, Cook held positions at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Her experience spans areas such as talent, compensation, and mergers and acquisitions.
