Condé Nast Britain has launched an HR and payroll system to streamline its HR functions for its 600 employees.

The publishing firm, which has introduced ADP’s HR.net system, was looking for an outsourcing provider to refresh its systems.

It also required a system that could cope with the increase in data and legislative compliance requirements, due to the impact of pensions auto-enrolment and real-time information (RTI) reporting.

Hazel McIntyre, HR director at Condé Nast Britain, said: “I have previously used ADP, so I know [it is] capable of giving us the support that we need to modernise and integrate our systems.

“I am confident that ADP can provide the guidance and product knowledge to get our team working more efficiently and data-inputting processes running more smoothly.

“A significant challenge for us is getting fast results and demonstrating the value of the system to the business leaders.
