Zenith has added a salary sacrifice arrangement to its company car scheme for its own employees.

The fleet management provider’s Driven scheme is available to 180 eligible employees at its offices in Leeds.

The cars available are from a range of manufacturers and have CO2 emissions capped at 130g/km.
Employees can also opt to take a second car through the scheme, for use by their spouse or partner.

Prior to the launch, Zenith carried out an employee survey to assess interest levels and assist in the design of the scheme.

Marisa Jerrison, head of HR and development at Zenith, said: “We are always looking for ways to evolve and enhance our benefits package to ensure we attract and retain the best employees.”
