Summer clothing could put employees at increased risk of an accident, according to the Summer driving survey by AA Business Services. Almost 70% of company car drivers have driven in flip-flops, but such action can have safety implications because drivers have less control of their car pedals. The survey also found that 80% of drivers would not know what to do if their car overheated, while 43% would call a spouse for advice rather than a breakdown firm.
