Specsavers Corporate Eyecare has partnered insurer RSA Group to offer eyecare to fleet drivers insured under RSA Group’s fleet policies.
Specsavers will offer vouchers that entitle staff to a sight test, eye examination and a pair of glasses if necessary. If an employee does not need glasses, they can have non-prescription sunglasses instead.
David Geer, UK business director at RSA Group, said: “Employers with a proactive approach to managing drivers, including eye examinations, could potentially reduce their premiums."
