Leasing and fleet management specialist Ogilvie Fleet is rolling out an online fleet manager and driver vehicle quotation and ordering system, developed by fleet software provider Jaama.
The system is designed to cut administration and uses real-time information sourced via Jaama’s online link with motor industry information providers Cap.
The new vehicle quotation system allows fleet managers and company car drivers to choose their quote along particular guidelines, such as price or fuel economy, to pick the fleet option which works best for them.
Nick Hardy, sales and marketing director at Ogilvie Fleet, said: “Previously we would produce individual quotes and email them to [employers]. But the instant functionality provided by the Jaama-developed system puts Ogilvie Fleet ahead of our many of our [small and medium-sized enterprise] leasing company competitors.”
