Mencap has signed a four-year contract with the Leasedrive Velo Group which will cover the management of 250 company vehicles.
The learning disability charity will be covered for buying, selling, maintenance and accident management, as well as short-term vehicle rental.
Steven Harrington, procurement manager at Mencap, said: "The flexibility of the online totally-integrated fleet management system, Drive:Manager, really won us over.
"As with any charity, we have to think carefully about costs and appreciated the fact that the group has accommodated the way we operate through the flexibility of its invoicing and payment processes.”
